Where a 10×10 dream became a home for thousands

Pratik and Neha grew up the way most of us did — counting small savings, valuing every rupee spent on education, and understanding deeply what it means when a family invests its hopes in a child's future.

Both of them worked hard and became Chartered Accountants — a title that opens the door to a successful, respected, financially rewarding professional career. The path ahead was clear. The world expected them to build a thriving CA practice.

And along this journey, something beautiful happened — Pratik and Neha fell in love and married each other. Two hearts, two minds, and one shared dream. Where one believed, the other believed harder. Where one dreamed, the other added wings. The bond they shared at home became the very force that would one day fuel everything PN stands for.

As they moved through the world of commerce, Pratik and Neha kept meeting the same kind of student — bright, willing, and full of potential, but let down by the way commerce was being taught.

Concepts were crammed, not understood. Students memorised for marks but feared the subject. The joy of learning had quietly disappeared from classrooms. There was a real gap between what commerce education was and what it could be.

Most people would have shrugged and walked past. Pratik and Neha decided to walk in. They chose education over a comfortable professional practice — not because it was easy, but because they believed that teaching the right way could change a student's entire life.

There were no grand classrooms. No fancy signboards. No marketing. There was just a 10 feet by 10 feet room in their own home in Mumbai, a blackboard, a handful of chairs, and two CAs who refused to let any child fear numbers ever again.

In the beginning, the response was quiet. On some days, the room had more empty chairs than full ones. But the few who did come noticed something they had never felt before. Learning commerce here was fun.

Pratik and Neha turned dry chapters into stories. They made students laugh while they learned. Accountancy stopped feeling like a punishment and started feeling like a puzzle worth solving. Word began to spread — not through advertisements, but through the smiles of students who finally understood. One student told another. That student told a friend. Slowly, that little 10×10 room began to fill.

As enrollment grew steadily, the small room could no longer hold the dream. In 2009, PN moved into its own commercial premises — a proud moment for two people who had started with almost nothing but conviction.

Then the students and parents themselves shaped what came next. They came back asking for more: "Please start FYJC and SYJC classes too." And so they did. Every new course at PN was born from one simple thing — the trust of the families who believed in Pratik and Neha.
